"Street of civilization promotion"

Detailed regulations of "ten principles of civilized and moral behaviors"
and "punishment of default to support the elderly" were found on the wall
of "the street of civilization promotion" in Diaoya Village, Zibo City,
Shandong on Dec. 25th. A villager named Liu Weixiu whitewashed the wall
in the village and established "the street of civilization promotion" to
promote civilized behavior and respect to the elderly, which was
supported by other villagers.
