Zhang Tianfu, China's dean of the tea sector, put his collection of 120
famous tea varieties from all over the world on display in Fuzhou on the
morning of Apr. 12. 97-year-old Zhang Tianfu was born into a family
composed of well-known doctors in Fuzhou and worked in the tea sector all
his life. As the only one alive among those on the list of top ten
contemporary tea experts by the China Agricultural Encyclopedia, Zhang is
honored as the dean of the tea sector and highly reputable in both
domestic and international tea sectors.
